Rick Ross’s new record God Forgives, I Don’t is being released on 30 July in the UK and 31 July in the US. That’s just 10 days until the album goes public. To up the anticipation ante Rozay let a gem of a track called “3 Kings” loose on the Rap world. This song is seriously good. The old school beat with backing sample is smooth as… well, smooth as any classic Hip-Hop beat you’d expect from a Dre or Jigga track. “3 Kings” is a laidback tune, but it’ll still get your head bobbing and your body rocking.
The verses are average, with each rapper trying to validate what makes him a “king”. Jay-Z’s verse at the end is the shiner of the record, though.
There’s only one thing left to say: Dre if you can find the time to get all these singles and features out, surely you can find the time to finish Detox. Quit playing around and get that record done.
“3 Kings” is flames, and with the album hosting features such as Andre 3000, Meek Mill, Ne-Yo, Usher and Drake, God Forgives, I Don’t is shaping up to be a great record.
